Programmes and Services

Our Work

Our programmes and services provide flexible interventions for a broad range of people living with long-term health conditions, both physical conditions and mental health conditions.
We recognise the varying needs of people with long-term conditions from carers and young people to working adults and those with limited mobility.

Our responsibility as the UK’s leading charity supporting people with long-term conditions is to ensure we reach and assist as many people as possible each year.

Here is a selection of our courses. The needs of two populations are never exactly the same and we aim to design self-management training interventions which provide the best outcomes, so please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
