From December until March Mental Fight Club and Self Management UK will be working together on a new joint winter project.

In the mornings, Self Management UK will be supporting people with their mental wellbeing, with the opportunity to connect with others, advising how to overcome some of the challenges and barriers life may throw at you, how to communicate what you need, how to pace yourself and bring better balance in your life.

In the afternoon, the Mental Fight Club will offer a range of creative activities to get you inspired such as singing, art, dancing and mindfulness. 

Both of the organisations are peer-led with tutors who know the challenges people face and embrace the similarities we share. You are welcome to attend both or just one session.
